Here are a few frequently asked questions which may help to answer your query.

I love your work, how can I buy?

Wonderful!  Thank you very much.  Simply choose the items from the SHOP page and add your selection to the cart.  When you are ready, payment can be made by debit or credit card using the secure online shop on this site. Alternatively you can make payment for items over the phone, or visit one of my gallery stockists in person which are listed here.

Can I have the products delivered?

Of course.  All items will be packaged to withstand the delivery process.  Recycled materials will be used wherever possible and the ceramic items are usually double boxed for added protection.  

Items will be sent by an approved courier (usually UPS or DPD), and you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking number for your parcel.

Cards are often sent by Royal Mail if the package is small enough for the post box.

I don't live in the UK, can you still send them to me?

Yes.  A small fee will be added to your shopping cart to cover the cost of postage.  Often this is a flat fee of £30 per order. For larger orders or multiple boxes, this will be calculated by weight and size of the parcel plus the area you would like me to send it to.  

**NB. From Jan 2021 the customer may incur further charges such as VAT or a handling fee if based outside of the UK. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Are the vessels waterproof?

Yes. Each of the vessels are glazed on the inside making them suitable to hold water – perfect for either potted plants or stemmed floral displays.

How do I keep them clean?

I would suggest gently handwashing them using warm water and a soft cloth or sponge.

Can you make me one in another size or colour?

Yes, I would be happy to create something more bespoke for you. Please get in touch via the contact page to discuss your options.
